      Our Policys

      • No Call / No Shows will only be allowed to reschedule by paying in full for the missed appointment.
      • If full payment is not received prior to the rescheduled appointment, it will be canceled.
      • All services start at the listed base price. Final pricing may increase depending on length, design, and specific needs discussed during your appointment.
      • If you are feeling sick, please reschedule.
      • Deposits go toward your total balance.
      • Accepted payments: Cash and Card only.
      • I do not work over damaged nails.
      • Cancellations require a new appointment and deposit.
      • Same-day cancellations require the remaining balance to be paid before booking again.
      • If I ever need to reschedule your appointment, you will be accommodated accordingly.
      • No refunds. All sales are final.
      • We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Canela’s Nails & Spa has a 100% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Canela’s Nails & Spa at (779) 513-1243 or thenailplug15@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
